Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Handcrafted and made-to-order items may take longer, typically 3-5 business days before shipping.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns Policy
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
- •Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- •Items must be returned in their original packaging
- •Sale items are eligible for return unless marked as final sale
Non-Eligible Items
- •Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
- •Items marked as final sale
- •Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- •Accessories such as jewelry for hygiene reasons
How to Return
- 1.Email us at returns@ydakaari.com with your order number and reason for return
- 2.We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
- 3.Package your item securely in its original packaging if possible
- 4.Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
- 5.Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The funds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We'll process the exchange once we receive your returned item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
